Joel and Veronica Johnson started P.I. Roofing in 2001 with the goal of helping homeowners save money by maintaining their roof. Due to Joel working on roofs all day he became known as the “Roof Leak Detective.” Through dedication and hard work, the company took on more customers and the employee base grew steadily. Four years after its inception, P.I. was able to move from his home to a warehouse with office space. 

 

With an eye on improvement, Joel and Veronica are continually working at providing the best products and experiences for their customers, and also the best opportunity for their employees. Through policy implementation, both the customer and the employee are better cared for. Excellence is at the forefront of what P.I. Roofing does. 

Joel understands an educated customer is able to fully understand what they are getting. Roofing is not something most customers think about, but it is the first line of defense from the elements for everything inside our homes and businesses. P.I.’s employees are eager and happy to assist customers through the buying process. In regards to insurance claims, Joel and his staff are well-versed in making a potentially stressful process an easy one. 

Moving forward, Joel and Veronica plan to keep running their company and keep it in good standing within the community. Also, they will continue serving and giving back. The first twenty years of business have seen thousands of roofs replaced and tens of thousands of roofs repaired. The future is bright and P.I. Roofing is determined to continue working on roofs, gutters, and carpentry needs for both residential as well as commercial properties.
